Scramair Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or testing Scramair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or test the application.

2. User Conduct & Fair Play

Scramair is designed for educational word puzzle gameplay and vocabulary learning. You agree not to:

  • Automate word submissions, reverse-engineer, or tamper with our Welsh dictionary lookup APIs or backend validation services.
  • Decompile, disassemble, or extract raw word lists, translation data, or grammatical dataset files included within the application binary.
  • Attempt to bypass security features or manipulate internal scoring, progress records, or leaderboard entries.

3. Testing & Service Availability

Scramair builds may operate in internal testing or beta release phases. DP Digital Online Ltd reserves the right to modify game rules, reset testing scoreboards, or temporarily suspend server APIs for dictionary updates or maintenance without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All software source code, graphics, branding, sound effects, UI designs, word puzzle engine logic, and custom grammatical translation structures within Scramair are the exclusive intellectual property of DP Digital Online Ltd.

5. Beta Tester Agreement & Reward Terms

By participating in the Scramair Beta Program, you agree to keep all unreleased software, unannounced feature designs, visual assets, and internal test builds strictly confidential (Non-Disclosure).

  • Reward Offer: Testers who complete active testing phases and submit constructive feedback may receive a promotional offer code granting lifetime premium or reward status upon official public release.
  • No Cash Value: Offer codes carry zero monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold, exchanged, or refunded for cash.
  • Promotional Offer Codes: Promotional offer codes are tied specifically to the email address submitted for beta testing and must be redeemed using the corresponding Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Discretion: Acceptance into the beta program and distribution of reward codes remains at the sole discretion of DP Digital Online Ltd.
